Residents of Oxford County will soon have improved access to team-based primary health care, thanks to $5.23 million in funding from the Government of Ontario.

 Oxford Ontario Health Team ( Oxford OHT) Clinical Coach is helping reframe palliative care as person-centered support provided throughout serious illness by embedding education, early conversation, and compassionate practices across health and social services in Oxford County.

It’s Nurse Practitioner (NP) Week; a yearly celebration during the second week of November. It’s a time to recognize the vital role NPs play in providing comprehensive health care across a variety of care settings in our community.
