Our Strategic Direction

The Oxford OHT’s Leadership and Strategy Council has endorsed our 2024 – 2027 Strategic Direction and Annual Priorities. The strategic direction was created to shape and steer decision-making across our partnership. Created in collaboration with a diverse group of interest holders, it focuses on addressing local priorities and needs.

Our annual priorities have been developed to align with new opportunities and ongoing initiatives in Oxford County. Progress on our annual priorities will be monitored, reviewed, shared, and updated annually to reflect evolving local priorities, emerging needs, and the capacities of our partner organizations.

Our work is informed by the five dimensions of the Quintuple Aim framework, which are crucial for advancing coordination across partners and optimizing impact and value.

Year in Review

On behalf of the entire Oxford Ontario Health Team partnership, we are thrilled to share our first-ever Year in Review; an opportunity to reflect, celebrate, and share our collective success over the past year. Together, we have navigated challenges, embraced opportunities, and strengthened our commitment to our shared purpose.

We invite you to read more about these accomplishments contained on the pages of this report below:

Better Together Bulletin

In January 2024 we launched the Better Together Bulletin; a newsletter to share summaries of our recent endeavours, projects, and collective wins. It’s a snapshot of progress, celebrating both individual and shared successes. We can’t wait to keep you in the loop and share the excitement of what we’re achieving together; email us at info@oxfordoht.ca if you’d like to subscribe.
