Ingersoll Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic

The Oxford Ontario Health Team is made possible through the collaborative participation of healthcare partners in our region.

This week, we’re highlighting the Ingersoll Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic. NPLCs are primary health care organizations that provide comprehensive, accessible, person centred and coordinated primary care. The Ingersoll NPLC is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Practical Nurses, and Registered Social Workers who provide full scope ongoing primary care and address acute and chronic physical conditions, mental health, addiction and social issues.

We’d like to express our thanks to the Ingersoll NPLC for continuously providing safe, accessible care to our community, and for their commitment to improving coordinated care in Oxford.
