Hypercare Update
October, 2022 On Friday, July 29th, the Oxford OHT’s Palliative Care Outreach Team (PCOT) implemented Hypercare secure messaging: an application that enables secure, efficient, and timely communication between physicians and patient care teams. Two of our partnering organizations participated in the first phase of this project, Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) and CarePartners.
