Funding for New Temporary Unattached Clinic in Tillsonburg

The Oxford Ontario Health Team (Oxford OHT) has received funding to establish a temporary clinic in Tillsonburg for community members without a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

This initiative aims to provide timely access to essential care for individuals without a primary care provider. Please note that this is not a walk-in clinic appointments will be required.

This clinic is made possible through funding from the Town of Tillsonburg & support from OHT partners – specifically the Ingersoll Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, Roulston’s Pharmacy – Tillsonburg, Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, and Thames Valley Family Health Team.

  • People can visit the clinic for one-time/short-term concerns, chronic care and preventative care.
  • This is not an urgent care clinic.
