Mindful Hour (Virtual)

Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment, which develops through the practice of meditation & exercising mental wellness achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging & accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, & bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
